1. Refund Eligibility
- You are eligible for a full refund if the purchased course has not been accessed, opened, or started.
- Once you begin a course or access course materials (video, text, downloads), no refund will be issued, as access constitutes consumption of digital content.
2. How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@rankradarai.com, or use the website contact form, within 7 days of purchase including:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Course name
- Reason for refund request
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 – 10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Course access has begun.
- The request is made after 7 days of purchase.
- You purchased during a sale or promotional campaign marked as “non-refundable.”
